Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona is fast approaching, and we’re extremely excited to be taking part in one of the biggest industry trade shows around the world. I will be heading off to Barcelona with Two Tall Totems Co-Founders, Chris and David Hobbs, on February 24th, and will be attending the show as a part of the ICT West Canadian delegation.
We’re looking at continuing the success we’ve had with helping enterprise companies update their legacy systems, and bring their services to the mobile platform. Since our inception, Two Tall totems has quickly moved from exclusively a mobile developer, to a design and engineering firm that can tackle business problems from multiple angles.
Our two most recent projects involve building an iOS and android mobile platform for FortisBC and revamping legacy software for The Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada.
For FortisBC, we’ve built an iOS and Android mobile app that can support their 1.1 million customers provincewide. We built a reliable, scalable and fault tolerant gateway that reconciles FortisBC’s existing infrastructure with the newly built app. The iOS and android apps, in addition to the existing web portal gives FortisBC customers higher accessibility to managing their utilities online.
The Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada (TMACC)
TMACC’s software MortgageBoss is a platform that allows Mortgage Brokers to run their daily operations from one place. 10 years after the software’s initial release, the system was in need of an overhaul. After conducting an extensive analysis, we revamped TMACC’s legacy software by optimizing the existing system architecture, and using modern web development frameworks. This has resulted in an increased system performance of up to 1000%.
We’re looking forward to meeting utilities and enterprise companies at MWC 2018 that have a similar need for digital transformation. If you’re going to MWC, and are interested in meeting up, please send an email to email@example.com and we’ll set something up.
See you in Barcelona!
