Introducing Clickma: A Tool Inspired by Our Work with Figma and ClickUp

At TTT Studios, we use Figma for design collaboration and ClickUp for project management. Both tools have been reliable for our daily work, but over time we found ourselves wishing for a single platform that could blend clarity, efficient communication, and project oversight in one place. That’s where the idea for Clickma came from.

Why We Created Clickma

  • Consolidated Workspace: We loved how Figma supported real-time design collaboration and how ClickUp helped us track tasks. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, we set out to create a streamlined way of keeping everyone aligned by syncing both of these solutions through an integration.
  • Accessible Collaboration: Whether you’re reviewing designs, checking off tasks, or discussing feedback, it’s simpler when all the information is in one location.
  • Better Insights: Sometimes, understanding project status meant diving into multiple dashboards. By unifying our tools, we’re able to get a clear overview of who’s working on what, without constantly toggling between apps.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Some team members who weren’t fully familiar with Figma spent time hunting for the right design files, while keeping ClickUp organized often meant shuffling between screens. With Clickma, we wanted to reduce this back-and-forth by centralizing designs and tasks in a single platform. This approach aims to make it easier for everyone—whether they’re writing tickets or reviewing the latest mocks—to find what they need without switching tools.

What You’ll Find in Clickma

  • Centralized Communication: All conversations around a specific task or design happen within that task or design—no more hunting across email threads or chat apps.
  • Real-Time Project Views: Whenever a design is updated or a task changes status, the latest information is visible to everyone. It keeps our designers and developers on the same page without extra effort.
  • Adaptable Workflows: We wanted Clickma to fit naturally into any project, whether it’s a simple design handoff or a more complex build. That means setting up workflows that reflect how you actually work, rather than forcing you to adjust to a rigid system.

How It Helps Our Team

Designers no longer have to leave their workspace to give project updates, and project managers can see design progress without extra back-and-forth. Meanwhile, developers gain clearer visibility into what’s coming next, so there’s less guesswork across teams.

What’s Next

We built Clickma primarily to help our own teams at TTT Studios, but we’re sharing it in the hope that others will also find it useful. If your team bounces between design software and project management tools, Clickma might be a more direct route to keeping everyone on track.

If you’re curious about how it could fit into your workflows, feel free to reach out or explore our platform further. We’re always open to feedback and look forward to hearing how other teams use it.
